At Lovawears, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, bras, panties, shapewear, period wear, and intimate accessories are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images and order details. Once verified, Lovawears will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated during the resolution process. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.
Lovawears reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions, including requests raised after the specified time window or products that show signs of use, washing, or tampering. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, fairness, and quality assurance for all our customers.
